How long will it take to set up?
Because our solution works on a bring your own device basis, the Bluesky UC platform is lightning fast to spin up.
Gone are the days of major operational disruption with onsite installations, and the various reasons for delays! – With our platform you’ll be ready in a matter of minutes. The system can be configured remotely and won’t even require engineers on site!
What applications will my employees have to learn?
Usually, it’s pretty challenging to get employees to learn how to use new software, for a variety of reasons!
Our solution is designed with the end user in mind. Collaboration made simple. It’s intuitive, and lets the user do everything from chat, to host videoconferences with just a click. So training and encouraging your team to utilise the features of the system won’t be a problem.
If you prefer to have a little more control over your own system, that’s ok! We can provide you with admin access via a separate browser interface, where you can adjust things in the settings like user management, device management and even your own dial plan!
Will my business be safe working from home?
Yes it will! Safety and security are crucial pillars to our design philosophy. All of our hardware and software is developed to be secure by design.
There are other solutions available where resellers encourage you to invest in external protection such as firewalls, or additional bandwidth on a VPN, which often end up being a waste of time and money. In reality, we feel that’s just too complicated!
Instead, we utilise the security inherent to WebRTC, which runs a securely encrypted user-to-user connection for all communications. This keeps every moment of collaboration completely hidden from hackers no matter what WiFi connection the end-user is connected to.
Can my CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, and billing software be integrated to the system?
